Corblu Ecology Group, LLC (CEG) is seeking to hire a qualified Land Acquisition Specialist in their Lawrenceville, GA office. Preference would be for a full time position, although part time may be considered based on applicant. Successful applicants are expected to have a bachelor’s degree or higher in business, real estate, law, or a related discipline and possess a real estate license in the State of Georgia, at a minimum.
The Land Acquisition Specialist will assist CEG and lead efforts to identify property suitable for wetland and stream restoration and conservation opportunities. Typical job duties will include, but are not limited to, property searches based on desired criteria, site visits, property assessment, landowner coordination, contract negotiation, and closing real estate transactions.
Applicants should have a desire to work in private consulting and possess strong skills in the following areas: 1) verbal and written communications; 2) negotiation; 3) decision making; 4) organization; and 4) developing interpersonal relationships.
